Hi guys welcome back to my channel today's video is all about weight loss and fat loss and my weight loss tips so if you see how I lost all my weight stay tuned so I all started about three to four months ago when i realized i weighed way over what I used to weigh I'm so weighed myself and I was 69 kilos and for my height I'm 58 so it wasn't that bad but I've never been that heavy so i was really shocking for me so I decided to change up my diet and change up my fitness routine and I got great results from it and yesterday I with myself and I'm actually 59 kilos so that's a total of twenty-two pounds that i lost in the three-and-a-half months so if you want to see if you want to see all the tips that I did I'm stay tuned for that but before I get started into I just want to say that I'm lot of professional at this I didn't ask i did ask a personal trainer about this whole diet and I'm she actually gave me all these tips that I could follow for my body type so it worked for me i'm not sure if it will work for everyone else because everyone's body is different so yeah this work for me and this is my personal experience and my body I'm actually an endomorph so that means that i have broad shoulders and I get all my fat around my stomach area so the main thing that actually help you lose weight with my diet I do of course like i have a proper fitness routine but I think the main thing that it that actually helped me was my diet so I'm going to give you all the things that I followed all the trip all the trips all the tricks that I. Followed into achieving my weight loss so let's get started so the first thing that I did was eliminate all the butter from my diet so that means i didn't have but I didn't have my dream and with cooking I now just I'm use olive oil or if I really why use coconut oil actually prefer all the while more than anything I'm so eliminate all the butter from your diet number two that I did was eliminate dairy from my diet so i cut out all the milk that I was having all the yoga that I was having and they actually just suits my body because whenever had milk anyways actually was really loaded and I. Got gas and it just like didn't work with me so eliminating dairy actually really really helped me out so yeah I. Eliminated the dairy and if i do drink coffee I put a little bit of almond milk in it and that really works me I think so I milk is financed for milk rice milk I'm they're all fires well I don't have skim milk either so just like no milk at all occasionally andrew from some past and they offered me some tea but before i actually used to have like three to four coffees a day like espresso coffee the ones that are like a full cup of milk and that was just really bad for my system and the third thing that I did was in there na all the sugar like refined sugar from my diet this is this was actually really are because i have the biggest sweet tooth and I love chocolate so eliminated all their financial goals i didn't put sugar in my tea I didn't actually actual to cooking i just cut out all the sugar Swedes all that stuff desserts and try to cut them down as much as i could and that for the first two weeks it was really hard but they're not like I'm just used to it now I don't need to shoot any anyways so you get used to it and you actually get more energetic after ideas and the fourth thing that I did which was really really hard as well was i cut out all the processed carbs out of mind right so that's like your white carbs and white rice pasta bread for that stuff I just completely gutted out and that one actually I think that's what helped me get lean because everytime read anyways I was so bloated like I.

Looked so huge up after eating the bread so I just cut out all the process cards out of my diet and and what I do have brown rice sometimes i do have oats sometimes but other than that like I. Just cut out all those other white cards out of my diet and occasionally want to have a cheat meal like once a week I do eat more carbs i will eat a plate of rice or bread or not an everyday basis I don't have all that stuff any anyone d we have to number 56 anyways I'm the next thing that I did was I started having a lot more water during the day I. Didn't mean I didn't drink enough water before and I was like dehydrated all the time I don't like coffee and I didn't have water so my body was extremely dehydrated I'm so you're now i have i doubt about 10 glasses of water a day i start off my day with two glasses of water in the morning of the first cup that i have is like has two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar gonna as law and that really helps the digestion like start out but during the day I just have a lot more water and it's just really helped with my like digestion of course but my skin my hair everything through the that has really helped and the next thing I did was I actually eat around six small meals a day before I used to have a huge breakfast have learned enough not that much for lunch but then I had a huge dinner because i was starving by the time I got to dinner so now what I do is I have around six small meals a day so my day usually starts around five thirty in the morning in five in the morning so i have breakfast around 630-7 around nine-thirty I'll have morning tea around 1230-1 I'll have lunch and then around 3 30 to 4 i'll have a snack and then i'll come and i'll have dinner around 630-7 and around nine o'clock i always have something small to eat as long so I'm so i'm eating like smaller portions of food so this portion control and I eating less because i'm eating like smaller meals some I'll get full from all that anyways and what is it the last thing that I do is I always have a cheat meal once a week sup basically like I'll follow my clean eating diet or weak and once a week I. Just like p i'm gonna eat in one you I.

Just eat whatever i'm craving it i'm craving anything and yeah that's basically all my tips and tricks on to like how I lost the way so my diet is basically like more paper-based I think that's what it's called so what I eat mainly consists of like a large look at large assortment of vegetables salad and then lean meat so i will have live chicken fish seven sometimes I have steak as well so it's mainly vegetables and meats and with fruit don't have that much fruit like a banana on even banana like I try to have it before or after a workout at night I like to eat food sometimes like strawberries or blueberries but I'm my diet many consists of like learn protein and good fats and carbs i keep in moderation so that's basically like my entire diet ok so there's no all my tips and tricks that I have followed I'm into losing all my weight I'm i'll give you guys left and overall overview what I would have been like on an average day as well just so you can get an idea of what I eat but if you guys are interested I can do proper like food videos well and also on fitness routine is or if he is anybody's interested I'm so get into the like eating plan so for breakfast i will typically have 2x so either like boiled to boiled eggs and also times I just scramble them or have them like in an omelet I'm and i have have my supplements with breakfast so the supplements I'm taking at the moment I like my fish oil wide like multivitamin for women's and I have L-Acetyl cysteine as well I can do I can do a whole video about supplements is as well if you're interested I'm for morning tea i have something i like the can of tuna or i would have a cup of tea only with mighty I so I like make a full cup of tea and I put a bit of almond milk in it I'm or coffee so like a can of tuna and a bit of coffee or tea I'm for lunch i have i have meat so I. Would have liked a breast of chicken with vegetables and salad so the vegetables i usually go for a broccoli or cauliflower just because these both of these are low in carbs so i prefer the things that are low in class or zucchinis really great as well sometimes i just have zucchini with and lean meat and then for afternoon tea i have around like 12 to 15 almonds i'm also other Nazis well but mostly it's opens that I try to have I'm and then for dinner again I'll have a lien me and I'll usually have like a salad or I'll have some other vegetables with it I'm which are going cars mostly it will be like your broccoli chicken by is great for salad as well I just like having salads in general and then for dessert around like around nine thirty i would just have like a whole handful of strawberries or blueberry sometimes raspberries as well and with cards during one day I like to eat carbs like just after i work out so they're not stored because my body tends to store Cobbs really easily so if if I worked out like in the morning I really early in the morning I have a little bit of cops with my breakfast and what I. Usually have in terms of carbs is like sweet potato sweet potatoes probably the main card that i have i was having always a couple of weeks ago but I felt really loaded with the roads as well like also not bad either some people they suit but for me I just got extremely bloated with the vote as well I'm and even with bread I cup like bread just doesn't work for me either so I tend to just have like sweet potato with my ex if ya i worked at the morning if I worked in the afternoon and i'll have like sweet potato with my dinner is well so Karzai kind of around before or after workout sometimes I have bananas well before I. Workout because you're bananas got a lot of cards as well so just so it's not stored in my body and yeah that's basically like what a typical day of food looks like i can no proper food video if you guys are interested of just like like a cooking video of the whole day of water eat I'm and lastly with fitness i try to work out five to six days a week and I'm thinking of doing a whole fitness routine video because it's really hard to explain like by talking and by work out around five to six times a week six if I'm like really into it but normally five and i have one rest day which is only sunday and mainly at the moment I'm focusing on cardio but I.
